Return Policy

Return, Exchange & Cancelation Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE

You can return your item(s) within 7 days of your delivery with the following conditions;

• Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned. Products that have scratches, stains, damages, drilling or any other modifications will not be returnable

• You must return the item in its original box with all accessories and parts included.

• It's customer's obligation to pay for all return shipment and delivery expenses.

• All return items are subject to inspection against any damages -including shipping damages- and approval upon arrival at the return warehouse.

• All return items are subject to 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from customer's refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling (including inside delivery and assembly fee) that you may have paid on the order.

• Return policy applies the same to all exchange requests.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

• Merchandise that has been damaged, used, worn, washed, or altered,

• Products with missing original box, parts or accessories

• Custom / special ordered products,

• Products which are marked as "Non-Returnable" (clearly indicated on the sale page before placing your order),

will not be accepted for return.

CANCELATION

Orders may be canceled or revised within 3 days of placing the order unless delivery is scheduled.

A 25% restocking fee will apply for any cancellations and/or changes made after the 3 day grace period.

DELIVERY

harmonymodern offers a *Complimentary Shipping* within U.S. for orders over $1000. Complimentary Shipping is only for Ground via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or Curbside Delivery for large items such as sofa, bed, dresser.

** Peradesign DOES NOT ship to Ofac countries**

harmonymodern charges $99 for ground shipping for orders below $1000.

harmonymodern also offers a separate quote for White Glove Delivery and/or assembly of large furniture items such as sofa, bed, dresser within Northeast (NY, NJ, PA, RI, CT, MA, MD) You can contact our customer care at (844)harmonymodern or [email protected], otherwise within 24 hours one of our Customercare agent will contact you with the best white glove rate to your area. Orders will not be processed unless the white glove delivery charge is approved by the customer.

harmonymodern does not offer "Wall Mount" service however we can refer licensed handymen within Northeast.

All IN STOCK orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 5 business days. Some items have a longer dispatch time as noted on the product page. The transit time for your order to arrive at your home depends on where you live.

harmonymodern.com does not ship out any merchandise to OFAC countries

ORDER RECEIVING

Please be sure to sign the delivery receipt in the presence of the delivery company representative to indicate your delivery has been received. Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please retain the item(s), indicate the problem on the delivery receipt, take as many pictures as you can and contact us within 24 hours of your delivery.

A signed delivery receipt, without notations of missing, damaged or incorrect item(s) represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition.

If you have requested assembly service, please instruct the delivery agent to leave the original packaging. You are responsible for retaining the original packaging for returns. For any other problem with your order, please refer to our return policy.

Customer is responsible for the furniture you have purchased fitting through the room, all elevators, stairwells, corridors and doorways.
